Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, however a majority of our products are Built to Order, meaning they are custom-made to your specifications and therefore cannot be returned.
For products that are eligible for return, the following conditions apply:
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee will be charged and is the responsibility of the customer. The fee amount will vary based on the product and will be communicated at the time of return authorization.
Return Authorization: Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization. Please contact us to request authorization and instructions for returning your product.
Product Condition: All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All products must be inspected at the time of delivery. If any items are damaged during transit:
- Note the Damage: Clearly document the damage on the delivery paperwork provided by the freight carrier.
- Refuse the Damaged Items: Do not accept delivery of damaged items. They must be refused and returned with the freight carrier.
- Contact Us Immediately: Notify Add Some Class as soon as possible at sales@addsomeclass.com or (916) 866-9293 to arrange for replacements.
Failure to follow this process may result in no replacement being issued, as we may be unable to determine whether the fault lies with the manufacturer or the freight carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all items are inspected upon delivery.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
